College of the Sequoias is selling their Mooney and Myrtle parking lot across Mooney from the college to the highest bidder. The sealed auction for the 35,779 square foot lot (parking lot 5) will be complete next month. COS no longer has a use for the lot.
The parcel is zoned commercial and could be developed for an office or retail establishment by the buyer. The lot, located next to Habit Burger to the the north, requires a minimum bid price of $1,050,000.
The District will begin accepting sealed bid proposals on June 1 and will continue to accept sealed bid proposals until July 2, 2018 at 4 p.m.
