Fast growing Dutch Bros Coffee has cars ling up on Mooney at their new location across the street from COS. In a few weeks they will have a second spot open on Akers near the Lifestyle Center. Now the Oregon-based phenom wants a location on south Mooney across from Target in a new center on the SW corner of Mooney and Visalia Parkway.

Raising the ire of neighbors nearby the current Mooney site has only a single drive thru lane resulting in a car stacking that sometime backs up on Mooney. All the pending new ones will a have a double drive-thru.
