Dry spell could end in March

Hopefully it won’t take a miracle to get some rain into California in March.After a dry January and February there is hope that by the end of February and early March there will be some relief particularly from the Bay Area south. A forecast  model today calls for storms around the 29th of Feb and a stronger event on the 3rd of March.

Here is the latest “experimental” NOAA forecast showing above normal chances for rain for the first half the month.The map was made on Feb 14.
