Single family home permits continue strong in Visalia during the month of April. Builders got permits for 67 new homes in April, the high of the year. The number compares to 51 in April 2014. For the year the number home building permits are up 44% and valuation is 48% higher.
The value of all permits so far this year are up 50% led by improving commercial numbers.So far in 2015 the value of new commercial projects are at $7.4 million compared to $1.6 million for the same period in 2014.
