An adult Asian Citrus Psyllid was found in a trap in a commercial citrus grove in June but only identified this week by CDFA. Ag Commissioner Marilyn Kinoshita says the find was at Avenue 128 and Hwy 65 south of Porterville. It was the first new ACP find in Tulare County in several months.
