Lindsay Gardens 71 residents/31 staff/13 others/11 deaths. TOTAL 115

Linwood Meadows (Visalia) 16 residents /2 staff/4 deaths. TOTAL 22

Sierra Valley (Porterville) 69 residents/15 staff/1 other/ 9 deaths. TOTAL 84

Dinuba Healthcare 66 residents/ 17 staff/ 5 deaths TOTAL 83

Total nursing home cases 513 – or 32% of the cases

Total deaths related to nursing homes 60 – or over 80% of the deaths in the county

The second largest number comes from food processors

Ruiz Foods (Dinuba and Tulare) 236

Central Valley Meat (Hanford) 58 Tulare Co residents

Total food processing cases- 294- or just under 19% of total cases

In the two largest categories, nursing homes and food processors the total cases are 807 – just over 50% of all cases
