Relocates from Tulare to Visalia

The Certified Development Corporation (CDC) of Tulare County, doing business as The Business Finance Center (BFC) since 1999 has merged forces with Southland Economic Development Corporation (EDC) to bring more financial resources to the Central Valley and California.
The company offers loans for local businesses from the SBA’s EDA Revolving Loan Fund and USDA Intermediary Relending Programs.
The newly merged organization has now relocated to Visalia from M Street in Tulare – now located at 2348 W Whitendale, Suite C in Visalia.
