While northern California has been soaked by El Nino in March (130% of average) middle and southern California have not been so blessed.
Some think El Nino is done but several forecasters agree the middle and south part of the state could be in for several storms in the first part of April. Here is one GFS model for April 5, a forecast other models agree will wet much of the state.In this model the bullseye is on mid-state.
