Baywood Park Flotilla Could Number 300 Boats Sunday
A local group hopes to make history. Here is their pitch.
CENTRAL COAST GLOBAL CLIMATE FLOAT & MARCH:
Join over 700,000 people all over the world all holding marches the same day to send a peaceful message of care & concern to our global leaders heading into the climate change summit in Paris. Through music, the arts and positive messages, let us show the world that the Central Coast cares!
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
11:00 – 12:00 – Get in on the aerial photo of the biggest flotilla in local history. We’re targeting 300 boats (kayaks, canoes, smalll sailboats & powerboats, SUP, etc…) to all tie up into a peace sign formation. Meet At Baywood Pier at 11 AM.
