The unemployment rate in the San Luis Obispo County was 5.4 percent in November 2014, up from a revised 5.3 percent in October 2014, and below the year-ago estimate of 6.1 percent.
This compares with an unadjusted unemployment rate of 7.1 percent for California and 5.5 percent for the nation during the same period.
