Rain Expected For Central California Late February, Early March

PG&E forecaster John Lindsey says we should expect rain along the Central Coast by the end of this month.
“The longer-range charts and models are indicating rain on February 27 and 28. At this time, rainfall amounts should range between half an inch and three quarters of an inch.
A series of low pressure systems is expected during the first week of March. Early indicators are that the precipitation could be substantial.”

SLO Airport January Traffic

SLO Airport passenger traffic in January was up more than 13% from the same month  a year earlier. Some 22,656 passengers used the facility in January. The numbers from January are the highest for that month since 2008 – before the recession when over 26,000 passengers went through the airport. A year later as the recession sunk in activity fell to just over 18,000 passengers.

SLO: Buffalo Wild Wings Will Flatten Taco Bell Building

Buffalo Wild Wings plans to construct a new restaurant  in the Madonna Plaza after they flatten the old Taco Bell building  in the center. The chain wants to build a larger 6850sf building that can accommodate up to 235 patrons at the same time says a city planning application. The eatery will located at 390 Madonna Rd.
