Visalia existing home sales in May were down 26% compared to a year earlier while year to date numbers shows 1624 home sales compared to 2000 through May 2022, a19% decline.Figures are courtesy Tulare County Realtors.
Other statistics show a decline in the number of listings but a rise in asking price.
