The NWS Service Hanford is predicting almost a week of wet and cold storms will impact the mid-state with low elevation snow as well. The return of wet weather comes after February has been a dry month with as little as 20% of typical rainfall. That follows an extremely wet January that filled long-parched reservoirs all over the state.
Here are a few of the NWS charts starting with Tuesday-Thursday(2/23) and followed by Thursday thru Saturday.
For you Sierra watchers- it looks like up to 4 feet of snow.
By the way, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday that follow look wet too.
