After a record dry January and February, California may catch a break in March as forecasters call for a series of storms to move into the state between the 7th and 19th.Computer models show above-average precipitation for most of CA for this period with the Sierra just now getting its first taste of snow in 6 weeks. Tahoe ski venues received nearly a foot of snow this past weekend. China Peak ski resort above Fresno saw six to eight inches of fresh snow in 24 hours as of Monday March 2.
