Fall’s First Cold Storm Coming Into State Sunday

California forecasters expect this fall’s first cold storm to drop into northern and Central California Sunday through Tuesday with the likelihood of snow down to 5000ft Monday evening in the Central Sierra.

Here are the forecast graphics from Sacramento NWS and Hanford’s NWS office.

There is some chance for light rain in the San Luis Obispo region as well November 3.

The last graphic depicts expected rain accumulation in the state Monday-Wed with a possible 1.5 inches in the Tahoe region.
