April Rain Looks Promising

April 6,2016-

Central California  and indeed much of the state should see several good storms in April according  to the latest NOAA weather forecasts charts.
Starting with this weekend  the NWS  in Hanford has this map of the expected rainfall amounts around the region with the best storm totals in the Tulare County mountains.

Even more promising are storms expected to arrive  in the state the 13th, the 15th and around the 23rd.

Here is the quantitative rainfall totals expected by by April 13 and a second map showing how much will fall by by April 21  including Sierra precip amounts in the 5 inch range.
